We partner with Spears Creek Veterinary Clinic in Elgin. They perform the surgeries at a slightly reduced cost and Fostering Foster pays for it through support from countless donations to our mission. Although this is a free program, we do ask that you please make a contribution of any amount you can reasonably afford towards the charges for medical services when you pick up your pet. Please fill out a separate form for EACH PET. At this time, it may take 2-3 weeks to get an appointment.
